Message	was placed, but yes we had an incorrect phone number on file. We have HICAS bars en-route and Josh has told you that he will let you know as soon as we receive them. Exactly when they arrive is out of our control but we do expect them this week. That is simply the best we can do and of course you have the option to cancel your order. It was an unfortunate mix-up, but hardly worth going on the offensive and flaming us like you have done above.
